Form W-4 - Complete the Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay. Consider completing a new form W-4 each year and when your personal or financial situation changes.
Form I-9 – All employees hired after November 6, 1986, and working in the United States must complete an I-9 Form.
Form W-9 – A person who is required to fill out an information return with the IRS must obtain your correct TIN to report income paid to you.
